Cooper was a stray that came to the Rescue a bit on the thin side. That could be caused, in part, because he has a lot of energy. Unusual for a Fox Terrier, huh? He is a good guy, very intelligent and willing to please. He is a bit shy at first but then is ready to show his true self. He is not real keen with kids so a home with adults would be best. He will need lots of exercise and a firm hand; so, whomever needs to get their own exercise, this is the companion for you.
